Hello. I can’t get FFVII disc II to load today. It gets to this screen and then nothing happens.

I’m getting the same behaviour but for all games on the site and not just FF7. From what I can tell, the 3rd party app that loads games is where the problem is originating. They’re likely rolling out a new ad platform and it’s blocking us from clicking the pause icon to start the game.
My guess is that they’ll fix it soon enough but I’ll try to see if there’s a work around in the meantime.
I’ll let you know if there’s anything I can do from my end to help out. Looks like we may have to wait this out.

So the solution I found was to install an adblocker. Turn it on and you should be able to click the pause icon. This sort of confirms that they’re playing around with a new ad and it’s gunking everything up.
